The stone is a Chakra Stone (it is composed of various stones to represent each Chakra) and the little Dangle star is colored Hematite.
The wire is solid sterling silver. The cord necklace is included, it is nylon and is adjustable roughly 18"-20". Please note that silver naturally darkens with age and if necessary may be cleaned to lighten it back up. The last photo shows back of the pendant, it is next to a ruler for size comparison.
