The stone is a Plume Agate doublet, it is made of a clear and white Plume Agate that is backed with an iridescent blue green backing which shows through the clear parts.
The wire is solid sterling silver. The cord necklace is included, it is nylon and is adjustable roughly 18"-20". Please note that silver naturally darkens with age and if necessary may be cleaned to lighten it back up, a polishing pad is included. The last photo shows back of the pendant, it is next to a ruler for size comparison.
