The main stone is a lab created (aka synthetic) Opal shaped like a heart. The top stone is a little round Garnet.

The wire is solid sterling silver. The cord necklace is included, it is nylon and is adjustable roughly 18"-20". Please note that silver naturally darkens with age and if necessary may be cleaned to lighten it back up, a polishing pad is included. The last photo shows back of the pendant, it is next to a ruler for size comparison.
